How much does Quarlo cost?
Quarlo is free to start — no credit card. The free tier includes 1 full interview prep, 3 tracked jobs, and 3 resumes. After that you buy credits: Starter, 500 credits for $9.99; or Value, 1300 credits for $19.99. Credits are spent per operation, so you only pay for what you use.
Is Quarlo a subscription?
No. Quarlo credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no monthly fee, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. You buy credits when you need them and they stay in your account until you spend them.
What counts as one application?
A complete application is interview prep + resume + resume tailoring + cover letter + thank-you notes + 10 practice sessions + tracked jobs + company research + bullet polishes.
Do Quarlo credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. They are forfeited only if the account is closed or terminated for a violation of the Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund on credits?
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable — credits are delivered immediately at purchase. Quarlo may issue a credit adjustment at its discretion for a duplicate charge or an extended service outage; contact support@quarlo.co within 14 days of the charge.
Do students at partner institutions pay?
No. If your college or university has a Quarlo contract, every feature is included at no cost to you — there are no credits to buy and no paywall. Institutions pay one annual fee sized to the number of students they serve.
